Payment Policy

At qurelion.com, operated by QURELION, LLC, we aim to provide customers with a secure, transparent, and convenient payment experience. This Payment Policy explains the transaction currency used on our website, accepted payment methods, payment security measures, payment authorization, failed transactions, payment disputes, and refund processing.

1. Transaction Currency

All orders placed through qurelion.com are processed in EUR as the transaction currency.

Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts shown during checkout are calculated and processed in EUR.

If a customer's bank account, card, or payment account uses a different currency, the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the transaction using its own exchange rate.

Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or similar charges imposed by the customer's financial institution or payment provider are determined by that institution and are not charged by qurelion.com.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods, subject to availability during checkout:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal
  • GrabPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Card and digital wallet payments may be securely processed through Stripe, while PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal.

The payment methods displayed during checkout may vary according to the customer's location, device, browser, issuing bank, payment provider, or other eligibility requirements.

Only payment options displayed as available during checkout can be used for that transaction.

3. Payment Security

Protecting payment information is an important part of our checkout process. We use established payment providers and security technologies designed to protect payment data during transmission and processing.

Our payment environment may use technologies and security standards including:

  • SSL/TLS encrypted connections for secure data transmission.
  • Tokenization to reduce exposure of sensitive card information.
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through supported providers.
  • 3D Secure or similar cardholder authentication where applicable.
  • Fraud detection and transaction monitoring tools provided by payment processors.

We do not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes such as CVV/CVC on our website. Sensitive payment information is handled by the relevant payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal, according to their security requirements.

4. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments

An order is normally confirmed after the selected payment provider successfully authorizes or completes the payment.

In some cases, a payment may be declined, delayed, placed under review, or fail to complete. This may occur because of insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, card restrictions, security verification, bank authorization requirements, payment provider restrictions, or technical issues.

If a payment does not complete successfully, the customer may review the payment details and try an available payment method again.

If an amount appears as pending after an unsuccessful payment attempt, the pending authorization is generally controlled by the customer's bank or payment provider. Release times may vary depending on that institution.

Customers who need assistance with a payment issue may contact us at [email protected].

5. Payment Disputes and Transaction Reviews

If a customer has a concern about an order, payment, refund, or transaction, we encourage contacting us at [email protected] so that our customer service team can review the matter and assist with a resolution.

We maintain relevant transaction records, including order information, payment confirmation, shipping details, tracking information, customer communications, return information, and refund records where applicable.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment provider review is opened through Stripe, PayPal, a card issuer, or another payment service, we may provide relevant transaction and fulfillment records to the payment provider for review.

Any dispute is handled according to the applicable payment provider's procedures, card network rules, our published policies, and applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights available through their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable consumer protection law.

6. Refunds and Original Payment Method

Refund eligibility is determined according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Once a refund has been approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order whenever technically possible.

For example, a payment made through a card processed by Stripe will normally be refunded through the same original card transaction, while a PayPal payment will normally be refunded through the original PayPal transaction.

Refunds for supported digital wallet payments are also returned through the original payment channel where supported by the relevant payment provider.

After we submit an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, wallet provider, or other financial institution.

We do not normally redirect approved refunds to an unrelated payment method, different card, or third-party account unless required by the applicable payment provider or applicable law.

For additional information regarding return eligibility and refund conditions, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
